Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) offer you the opportunity to set aside pre-tax dollars to use for reimbursement of qualified expenses. Qualified expenses may include child care or eligible health care expenses. The amount set aside must be determined in advance and employees lose any unused dollars remaining in the account at year-end.
