Action is not required by all

Access the Workday app from your department's OKTA dashboard, starting Monday, October 16, 2023. If you have any issues logging into Workday, contact your IT department or email workday@maricopa.gov. 

If applicable, NEW dependents must be added and verified before you can begin the Open Enrollment process. 

If no action is taken to re-enroll during this open enrollment period, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, group legal, Pet Benefits, EAP, and Smart Savings coverage will roll over into the next calendar plan year, from January 1 - December 31, 2024. 

 Exceptions: Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) and Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) do not roll over and require annual renewal.

*NEW Supplemental Health Benefits: Accident, Critical Illness, & Hospital Indemnity Insurance will be available to employees for the first time this year. These benefits can only be added during Open Enrollment or within 30 days of a Qualifying Life Event (QLE).
