Child Immunizations
Fall Vaccine Update:
- Flu vaccines are back: We're offering the seasonal influenza (Flu) vaccination for all ages 6 months - 18 years old. Call to schedule an appointment 602-506-6767.
- COVID-19 vaccine unavailable: We currently are not providing COVID-19 vaccination at any of our clinics until the 2023-24 updated COVID-19 vaccines are distributed. You can find them from providers by entering your ZIP code on Vaccines.gov or calling our CARES Team 602-506-6767 for assistance.
Appointments Only
All three immunization clinics are seeing patients primarily through scheduled appointments. Scheduled appointments will have priority. Please call 602-506-6767 to schedule.
Prepare for Your Visit
- Please bring the immunization record for the person getting the vaccine(s), insurance card (if insured) and a pen.
- To help protect the health of others, adults and children over age 2 are asked to wear a face mask when visiting our clinics.
REMEMBER: Bring your insurance card and immunization record to every visit.
Why Immunize?
Immunizations have proven to be the most effective way to stop the spread of disease. Here in Maricopa County your child from age 0 years up to their 19th birthday is encouraged to receive childhood immunizations from either his/her health care provider or from one of the Maricopa County Department of Public Health childhood immunization clinics.
