Crews are scheduled to work on a number of streets every day. They will work between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., arriving sometime between that window.
I received a door hanger that says maintenance work is scheduled on my street within the next 24 to 48 hours. When exactly can I expect work to begin?
Crews are scheduled to work on a number of streets every day. It’s anticipated they will get to your street 24 to 48 hours from the notification date on the door hanger. I received a door hanger that says maintenance work is scheduled on my street and that I should stay off the street. I have a prior commitment that I have to get to. What am I supposed to do?
Door hangers are delivered with advance notice so that you can make arrangements to park your vehicle at another location. However, in the event of an emergency, our contractors will work with you to allow you to drive on the road. Be sure to use caution while traveling as there may still be active work and the application may not be completely set.
Your crews completed work on my street and now I have tar on my tires and/or driveway. What should I do?

Some maintenance treatments do leave behind small rock or sandy material. Crews will return for a final inspection and sweeping. Refer to the maintenance section to learn more about each treatment application.

Maintenance work may be postponed during inclement weather. You will receive an updated door hanger when work is rescheduled.
